0–10 Minutes: A Regal Arrival
Your enchanting Frozen entertainer arrives in an elegant snow gown inspired by Elsa or Anna. She makes a grand entrance, creating a magical moment for your birthday child, showering them with special birthday attention and setting the scene for a magical winter wonderland.
10–20 Minutes: Frozen-Themed Games
The magic begins with Frozen-themed party games like “Freeze Like Elsa” (Musical Statues), “Find Olaf” (Hide and seek style game) & “Race to Arendelle” (Running & team relay game). Games are imaginative, interactive and age-appropriate, keeping the energy high.
20–30 Minutes: Magical Parachute Snowstorm
Using our magical parachute, children gather for a royal snowstorm! Your birthday child becomes the Queen or King of Arendelle, taking centre stage under a flurry of “snow” as everyone sings Happy Birthday and dances around the parachute in joy and excitement.
30–40 Minutes: Royal Q&A + Photo Time
Children gather around Elsa or Anna to ask all their burning questions like “Can you make real snow?” “Is Olaf coming?” Your performer stays in full character, delighting the kids with stories from Arendelle and answering every question like a true royal. This is also a perfect time for group and individual photos.
40–60 Minutes: Cake Coronation Ceremony
The party closes with the birthday cake, as Elsa presents the birthday child with a metal keep-sake tiara or medal, crowning them as a true Prince or Princess of Arendale.
60–90 Minutes: Face Painting (approx. 12-15 kids)
Includes everything from 1-hour party plus face painting / face jewels.
Elsa or Anna will use their magical touch to paint snowflakes, icy crowns, or Olaf’s cheeky face onto the children’s cheeks or hands. If there's too many kids or if you have a preference for more games we can opt out of face painting or do glitter gems instead.
90-120 Minutes: Extra time for extra guests
Includes everything from the 1.5 hour party, with more time for:
Extended face painting time (great for larger groups)
Additional game time or dancing games
Extra Q&A and photos
More time = more magic! Elsa or Anna can take more photos and connect with the birthday child and guests for a truly memorable royal event.

He’s a warm, friendly visual highlight-ideal for kids who love warm hugs. Because mascot suits get toasty, appearances are brief and spaced as needed, so your party keeps flowing and Olaf stays jolly.
Conditions: A safe, cool, enclosed private area is needed to get ready on-site. Public Bathrooms are not suitable. If booking for a public park, the minimum expectation is an enclosed marquee.
