Terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the terms for booking a service. By using our services, the client agrees to the below terms and conditions which are outlined on this page. If the client does not agree with the terms and conditions as listed in the below web page, please do not use our services.
Experience bookings
Enchanted Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Enchanted Enterprises Brisbane (“we”, “us” or “our”) wish for you to have a positive booking experience when booking services (the services) from our website, which is displayed at www.enchantedenterprises.com.au (the Website).

Please read these Service Terms and Conditions (the Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when making a purchase.
​
Your completion and submission of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by the Booking Terms, which constitute the agreement between Enchanted Enterprises and you (the booking guest). Any variation of the Booking Terms must be in writing and signed by a representative of ours.
​
Please note that external vendors and suppliers that fall outside our standard experiences, may have their own policies. While we do our best to work with suppliers with similar policies to ours, we can not guarantee that suppliers will have the same policies.
Bookings & Booking Policy
The person making a booking will be deemed to have accepted these Terms of Service on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment). You accept total responsibility for the service booked by you and you use the service at your own risk.​

Ticketed Experiences
Ticketed experiences require payment up front and are considered non-refundable.​​​
​
Solo VIP Experiences​
Solo Boutique Experiences require payment up front and are considered non-refundable.
​
Your booking will only be considered confirmed once the full balance is received.

Payment Schedule
​
Booking Fees
A room booking fee of $250 will be required to secure your experience. This secures your reservation at Enchanted Enterprises as a guest and is required to prevent double-bookings. You can pay immediately online, or via Bank Transfer that is payable within 3 days to confirm this service.
​
Final Balance
After you submit your Booking, we will manually create an invoice based on the information you have given us. Some add-ons or services that use external vendors may require earlier payment. The Final Balance is due 7 days before your experience. All add-ons must be settled by this date.

COVID Policy: Only in the event of Public Health Orders imposing a full lockdown, that is, preventing the service from taking place, will our cancellation policy be waived and all monies be refunded.
​Payment of the booking fee is considered as acceptance by the client of the terms and conditions contained herein. Please also see below sections for Modifications of Bookings and Cancellation Policy.
Payments
The remaining balance must be settled by no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled experience. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your experience, and your reserved booking will be released to our waitlist. The cancellation of your experience due to non-payment will also mean forfeiture of your booking fee or payments.

​We accept payment using Visa and Mastercard through Square integration or Bank Transfer. Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.
​
Square
All invoices must be paid in full at least seven (7) days before the booking date, unless Enchanted Enterprises has expressly agreed otherwise. You will receive several email reminders about payment in the lead up to your experience until payment has been successfully made. A booking is not considered secured until the Booking Fee is received.
​
Bank Deposit
Bank Deposit is available. As a small business we do not have the capacity to check this daily. Please take a screenshot of the transfer and email it through to us along with your Experience details to avoid double bookings.​
​
If for some reason you are unable to pay, your account may be considered overdue and you will be contacted until payment is received and your service may be cancelled. An outstanding invoice that is overdue by 30 days will be forwarded to a Debt Collection Agency and any debt collection fees also applied.​​
​
Coupons, Gift Card & Vouchers
Coupons, Gift Cards & Vouchers are only eligible for private bookings and are unable to be used for Ticketed Tours unless expressly said they can be. Unless the Coupon, Gift Card or Voucher covers the full amount of your booked experience, you will still be invoiced and expected to pay the Booking Fee to confirm your service. Coupons cannot be used for paying for Deposit, or for mobile bookings.

Cash
Cash may be able to be accepted by appointment, but any bookings will not be finalised until it is received.
Modification of Bookings
Once your booking has been submitted it immediately goes into the queue for processing. If you need to cancel or modify your booking before your Booking Fee is paid, you need to contact us immediately to determine if we can accommodate any changes. If your Booking Fee has already been paid your booking is considered confirmed. A $50.00 rescheduling fee will be applied, and subsequent rescheduling or changes will incur a $100.00 fee. We will happily help you where possible however please understand once your booking has been confirmed, changes may not be possible and are subject to availability. Changes requested and approved within 7 days of a service will incur a 5% administration charge on top of the above fees.​
Cancellation Policy
All payments are final. Please select your TIME and DATE for experience bookings carefully when choosing your session. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, or if you cannot, or do not, attend your booked session.

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the Booking Fee and any payments received will be forfeited. Requests for a change of experience will incur a $50.00 rescheduling fee for the first time, and a $100.00 rescheduling fee for all subsequent changes of the date or time.
All payments are considered final, and no refunds will be issued, even in cases where payments have been made for additional services or for unattended guests, or if early payments have been made.
Please be aware that we pay performers upfront to secure them for experiences. All supplies and catering are also pre-ordered and paid for upon booking, and we are unable to provide refunds for unused services. ​We only take bookings that we can fill. This provides you with a streamlined stress-free experience. You can be confident that once you receive a booking confirmation email that your experience is 100% locked in.

​In the case of illness of our performers, we will do our best to replace the performer with another talent approved for the role. In some cases, if no available performers are approved for your entertainment choice other entertainment options will be offered from our available pool. ​
​
If you agree to cancel your event, you will not receive your deposit back. You may have the deposit in credit to be used in the next 12 months if you wish to book another party, however this cannot be used to pay another deposit, or to transfer to another service such as mobile.
Wet Weather Events
The safety and enjoyment of our guests are our top priorities. To avoid disappointment, as of 2025, our Experience packages have been restructured to be inside the home.

The Courtyard will be available during your experience for guests and visitors but will typically not have structured activities in our standard experiences.
We have specific policies in place to address various weather conditions:
1. Outdoor Experiences
If an experience includes outdoor activities, the booking guest agrees that the activities will be moved inside in case of hot weather, rain, or other safe conditions.
2. Extreme Weather or Acts of God (e.g., Flooding, Road Closures):
If extreme weather conditions or natural disasters occur, resulting in flooding or road closures, we will reschedule your experience for the safety of all guests, visitors and staff.
3. External Vendors and Suppliers:
Please note that external vendors and suppliers, may have their own weather-related policies regarding refunds and rescheduling. While we do our best to work with suppliers with similar policies to ours, we can not guarantee that suppliers will be able to reschedule and in some cases deposits or balances may be forfeited.
Arrival and Departure
Ticketed Experiences
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session. Your entrance will depend on the experience, please refer to the booking details or contact us.

Solo Boutique Experience
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment. We recommend waiting at the back and exploring our Courtyard. At your appointment time, you will be collected for your experience.

Group Experiences​
Experience
Parents or guardians of the birthday child are permitted 5 minutes prior to the scheduled experience to deliver a birthday cake, party bags, or other items they wish to be included in their experience. All other scheduled visitors are allowed entry at the designated service start time where children and parents will be guided on what to do. Please note that your session time will be strictly adhered to, and your experience will commence and conclude at the agreed upon time.
Due to the need to prepare for subsequent experiences, our hosts will kindly facilitate the departure of visitors and the guest upon the conclusion of the experience to ensure that we have ample time to prepare for the next experience. If parents choose to drop their children and exit the experience, they will be required to provide contact details in the event of an emergency. Enchanted Enterprises holds no responsibility for children who are not picked up at the timely conclusion of the experience and we respectfully ask all parents to arrive 10 minutes prior to the experience conclusion to ensure the safe departure of all children.

Overnight Stays
If you are staying overnight, the booking guest will have access to our Enchanted Tower suite either before your after your booking. Check-in and Check-out times vary depending on the time of your booking. If you would like additional or longer access to the Enchanted Hall and Boutique this can be added on at an additional cost.
Adults On-site
Ticketed Experiences
Please refer to your tickets or the public experience page. Adults will need a valid ticket.

Solo Boutique Experience
We request no more than 5 visitors attend this booking, including the VIP child.

Group Experiences
Refer to package details or contact us if you are unsure.

Recommendations
Due to the limited capacity of our venue, we encourage only one adult per child to attend the experience, or to drop-off if at school age. We may not be able to accommodate for more adults due to our limited space, including tables and chairs. This is also to support the smooth conduct of the service, and ensure our performers can run the scheduled activities with enough space for all children to participate.
Visitor Limits
Each package has a select capacity of visitors able to attend. If the booking guest wishes to go over that number, they will be asked to upgrade their package to allow more children to attend.
Additional children will incur fees that are specified under each package.

If upon arrival there are more visitors than intended, we are at no fault if we do not have enough resources to facilitate activities for the entire group. Your guest count must not exceed the maximum number of guests and visitors specified in your booking, with the birthday child included in this count.
All children aged 1-12 are considered part of the total visitor count upon entry for the experience. Adults must also not exceed the home capacity count.
Please ensure that your invitation list adheres to the maximum visitor limit specified in your bookings. Additional uninvited visitors may be denied entry to the experience if we are unable to accommodate on the day.
Food
Allergies
Please note, that as we are unable to prepare food in a separate kitchen we are unable to promise allergy free snacks during the experience, however we will try our best to accommodate.

Options

The visitor with a dietary will receive their own snack plate. (+$10 per guest with a dietary concern)

The visitor may bring their own food.

The entire menu for all the guests can be substituted to suit the dietary concerns. Price on application.

If you are staying overnight, you are welcome to BYO food to substitute our selection. Please note this will forfeit the Room Deposit.​

Please note whilst utmost care is taken to make food allergen free it’s possible other products that contain the allergen may have been processed and handled in the same area. Enchanted Enterprises is not responsible or can not be held liable for allergic reactions that may occur during the experience.
​
Clients are responsible for informing Enchanted Enterprises of any food allergies at least 7 days prior to the scheduled experience.

Outside Food & Cake
If you are providing a cake, please ensure that you bring a container for leftover portions when you depart, as we are unable to provide this for you on the day. We recommend cakes brought in to be Nut-Free. Our experience packages include children's snack food and drink, which includes, but is not limited to, sandwiches, fruit, cakes, cookies, slices, pink lemonade, and water for children.
Breakfast Bar
A breakfast bar is available for Overnight Guests.

Coffee & Tea Cart
A coffee & tea cart is available for Deluxe & Grand experiences.
​
Snack Bar
A Snack Bar is available at our home. It is typically stocked with a selection of chips and other snacks and is available to the booking guest at $2.50 per packet, payable at check-out.
Media Release Policy
Private Experiences
At Enchanted Enterprises, we love capturing magical moments during our privately booked experiences. Our hosts may take photos when time allows, and these images serve as a special way to remember the experience.

Ownership & Usage
All photos taken by our team during the experience are the property of Enchanted Enterprises. We retain full copyright over these images and may use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials unless bought out.
​
Access & Purchasing Photos
After the experience, the booking guest will receive access to a proof gallery. Photos from the experience can be purchased, allowing you to keep cherished memories from your experience. You can find our Memory Capture Service details here.
​
Privacy Options
By default, it is accepted that Enchanted Enterprises may post and use photos from your experience. However, if there is a specific child who should not have their face visible in shared images, please let us know in advance, and we will ensure their face is covered or omitted from public use.
​
Complete Buyout Option
If you prefer that no images from your experience be used by Enchanted Enterprises in any way, you may opt for a complete buyout of the photos for a fee of $500. This ensures that all images taken at your experience remain private and will not be used for promotional purposes.

Public Experiences
By attending one of our ticketed experiences you agree to the following for all attendees you are purchasing tickets on behalf of including all family members present.
I hereby grant Enchanted Enterprises and their associates the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, and any other type of media known or to be invented of me on any and all media (the Image/s), including but not limited to: websites, publications, promotional flyers and social media, for any other similar purpose without compensation to me throughout the universe for all time, in perpetuity without limitation to the advertising and publicity thereof now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever.
I understand and agree that such Images of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that may accompany the Images of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such Images, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the sole property of Enchanted Enterprises and their associates.
Further, I irrevocably grant the perpetual right to Enchanted Enterprises and their associates for the use of my name, voice, likeness, appearance and actions to be included therein without compensation, credit or any other consideration.
In addition, I hereby release Enchanted Enterprises and their associates from any liability for losses or damages to persons or property or for any infringement of my rights.
I have read this release policy and fully understand the contents and agree to the terms, meaning and impact of this release. I will have no right to any claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said Images, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.
Specific Performer Request
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate specific actor or actress requests due to availability and unexpected changes which mean we may need to replace performers we originally intended to host your experience.
Pricing Policy
Enchanted Enterprises hold the right to change any pricing on their websites either up or down at any given time. Price increases and reductions do not apply to pre-existing bookings.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Queensland govern this agreement.

Bookings & Booking Policy

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that your Guest count includes our performers and assistants and remains within the current legal Covid-19 guidelines.

A 50% retainer is required to secure all bookings. All retainer payments are non-refundable. COVID Policy: Only in the event of Public Health Orders imposing a full lockdown, that is, preventing any parties or events from taking place, will our cancellation policy be waived, and all monies be refunded. In any other circumstances, such as if restrictions require you to change the number of guests or the location of the party or event, our cancellation policy remains in force and any deposit payments remain non-refundable.
Payment of the deposit is considered as acceptance by you of the terms and conditions contained herein. Where Enchanted Enterprises has not requested a deposit to be paid, these terms and conditions are considered to be accepted upon your written or verbal confirmation of the booking, unless we are advised otherwise.

​Service Areas
Enchanted Enterprises Pty Ltd is a Brisbane based mobile service that operates in South-East Queensland including City of Brisbane, Moreton Bay Region, Logan City, City of Ipswich, Redland City, City of Gold Coast.
We may be able to service the rest of Queensland with pricing upon consultation. Quotes may include travel, meal allowances, accommodation, and a day-rate minimum. For safety, a minimum of two performers are required to be booked.
Travel Fees
Travel fees and package duration minimums may apply to locations outside of the Brisbane Local Government Area and you will be notified of any additional such fees upon booking. Should you change the location of your event after you have booked to a location where a travel fee would usually be incurred, we reserve the right to invoice you for these additional travel fees. If you are changing to a closer area, you are entitled to a refund of the difference minus a 5% administration charge.
As our performers are paid hourly, in addition to zone travel fees, a surcharge of $1/minute is charged for any time over 1 hour from Brisbane.​
For example: If your party is in Bribie Island, which is approximately 1.5hrs away from Brisbane, for 1 character the travel fee would be $15 (Moreton Bay) + $30 (The excess 30 minutes travel) = $45. This is manually calculated and added after your booking request.

Parking fees may apply to certain bookings where no reasonable free parking is available for our entertainers. We ask that you notify Enchanted Enterprises if any additional parking costs are going to be incurred prior to your event so we can invoice you for this additional parking fee. We reserve the right to invoice you for this fee after your booking if we were not made aware of this prior to the day or if no nearby free parking was available to our entertainer on the day.
Additional fees for areas outside of Brisbane may apply.
Surcharges
Enchanted Enterprises works with a small team of dedicated and qualified performers. Based on demand and availability, surcharges have been applied to certain times and dates.

Early Mornings & Evenings
An event beginning before 8:00AM, or an event finishing after 5:00PM will incur a flat $25.00 fee per performer booked on the event.
​​
Public Holidays
A Public Holiday surcharge of 15% applies to bookings on public holidays. The following dates are bookable by consultation only and may attract a higher fee:

Limitations on Liability
Enchanted Enterprises will not be held responsible for the behaviour of any child or other person attending your event. We reserve the right to cease entertainment at the discretion of the entertainer, if behaviour of any child or event guest becomes unacceptable, or if there is any unreasonable risk of harm to the entertainer, other children, or event guests.

You agree that either yourself or another nominated adult will remain present for the duration of the event and will be responsible for the supervision of the event and that you will advise Enchanted Enterprises of who that supervising adult is prior to the commencement of the entertainment.
You as the host or the child’s parent, are responsible for any behaviour problems or issues during the event. Our Entertainers will not assume responsibility for providing any disciplinary action during a party. To continue to deliver and offer a magical and wonderful experience for your party, our character entertainers will need to stay fully in character and to only focus on children that are following the rules and behaving appropriately during the party. If any issues do arise, then it is the parent or guardians sole responsibility to issue any discipline and deal with any disruptive behaviour.

Our characters are not childminders and at least one parent must be present for the entire duration of the booking.
​
Adults
All guests are expected to behave appropriately around our performers. This is particularly important characters such as Marilyn Monroe and Betty Boop and our mermaid performers. All our entertainment offered is family friendly regardless of any of your preconceptions of the character they are portraying. Any inappropriate language or touching from a guest, depending on the severity judged by the discretion of the performer will result in a warning or the end of the performance without a refund. If there are any ongoing problems with a particular guest, we recommend the Event Organiser to ask the guest to behave, or in some cases ask the guest to leave in order to avoid losing entertainment ending early.
You agree that Enchanted Enterprises will not in any way be liable to you or to any other person for any damage, loss or injury suffered by yourself or any other persons while participating in the event, however such damage, loss, or injury, may be caused, whether by our act, default, omission or negligence and you agree to indemnify Enchanted Enterprises in respect of such injury, loss or damage.
You agree to notify us of any special requirements of any child or event guests, including but not limited to allergies or other mental, emotional, or physical issues, which may affect the entertainment we choose to provide, and you agree to indemnify Enchanted Enterprises in respect of any claim which may arise as a result of your misrepresentation or failure to make such a disclosure.
Changes to itinerary by the performer
All our different event packages are based on a recommended number of guests. The total amount is tailored specifically to each individual package. The total amount includes any other children e.g. siblings, friends or other relatives who will be joining in with the parties’ games and activities; including siblings of party guests.
If you are expecting more than the total amount of guests stated in your invoice, then in most cases another entertainer(s) will be required for an additional fee. Each package is different so please ask for price details if expecting a larger number of guests.
If upon arrival, there are more guests than intended, we are at no fault if we do not have enough resources to facilitate activities for the entire group.
Changes to itinerary can be due to many reasons such as safety, including but not limited to wind direction for bubbles, low roofs, or a limited amount of space.
Our performers are trained to identify which activities are engaging with children. While we do list our itineraries, some flexibility is required as no two parties are the same. If there is a specific activity within a package you wish for us to prioritise, please let that be known upon booking in the "Additional Comments" section.
It is accepted by the Client that if other entertainment is present, including but not limited to jumping castles, trampolines, pony rides, face painters and other entertainment services that the itinerary will be modified.
Prohibited Conduct Policy
Enchanted Enterprises does not tolerate any type of workplace violence committed by or against our workers. For the purposes of this policy, our workplace extends to the premises at which we are providing entertainment as we are a mobile business and includes any and all communications such as phone calls, emails, and text messages.
Examples of such behaviour include, but are not limited to, being verbally abusive or making any kind of threat, yelling, swearing or speaking disrespectfully, displaying aggressive or hostile behaviour that creates a reasonable fear of injury to another person or subjects another individual to emotional distress, intentionally damaging property or personal items, committing acts motivated by, or related to, sexual harassment, causing any type of physical injury to another person.
​Other Booked Entertainment
Enchanted Enterprises prefers not to be booked alongside other Character Entertainment companies. To preserve our Company Image, if another company has been booked at an event, we reserve the right to not appear in pictures alongside the other company.
​Performer Safety Policy
Performance Area
It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure a safe performing area for our performers. For Mascots and some other special suited characters this includes having no stairs to manoeuvre and a safe, dry, and even area to perform on.
Parks & Outdoor Venues
Some characters will require to be ready and have breaks in a private room on-site. Due to these limitations, some characters are not available for services at parks and outdoor venues that do not have a dedicated performer green room.
Breaks
Some characters may require a break during your party, such as mascots and masked superheroes.
Hot Weather
​Enchanted Enterprises provides services with a number of characters. Some of these character costumes are extremely hot or difficult to manoeuvre for an extended period of time. ​It is understood upon booking suited performers that strict break timing is implemented as outlined by the itinerary and is required by our Risk Assessment.
If signalled by a suited performer to the handler that they are unable to continue a visit, we reserve the right to end the character interaction for the safety of our performer. In the event of an early ending, a discount in lieu of perform time may be applied upon discussion after the event.
In the case of Face Characters costumes may be subject to changed last minute if temperature is too high (example: Ice Princesses multi-layered Winter Outfit to her strapless Coronation Dress)

Cold Weather
Performers may be given Character appropriate Winter pieces during colder weather months.

Wet Weather
To maintain the integrity of our costuming, and for the safety of our performers, we are not permitted to perform in the rain, or on wet or muddy ground.
Specific Performer Request
If you have a specific performer request for a character, then please ask and we will do our best to accommodate this for you. There may be a $50 "Administration Request Fee" if your chosen performer is already assigned to a party.
Media Release Policy
By attending one of our ticketed events, you agree to the following for all attendees you are purchasing tickets on behalf of including all family members present.
I hereby grant Enchanted Enterprises and their associates the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs, video recordings, and any other type of media known or to be invented of me on any and all media (the Image/s), including but not limited to: websites, publications, promotional flyers and social media, for any other similar purpose without compensation to me throughout the universe for all time, in perpetuity without limitation to the advertising and publicity thereof now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever.
I understand and agree that such Images of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that may accompany the Images of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such Images, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the sole property of Enchanted Enterprises and their associates.
Further, I irrevocably grant the perpetual right to Enchanted Enterprises and their associates for the use of my name, voice, likeness, appearance, and actions to be included therein without compensation, credit or any other consideration.
In addition, I hereby release Enchanted Enterprises and their associates from any liability for losses or damages to persons or property or for any infringement of my rights.
I have read this release policy and fully understand the contents and agree to the terms, meaning and impact of this release. I will have no right to any claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said Images, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.
Pricing Policy
Enchanted Enterprises hold the right to change any pricing on their websites either up or down at any given time. Price increases and reductions do not apply to pre-existing bookings.
​Promotions
From time to time we run promotions where coupon codes may be issued. Coupon codes, special offers or promotional price reductions cannot apply to pre-existing bookings.
Prices are as reflected on our website and services are subject to availability. Additional terms and conditions may apply for individual promotions.
Jurisdiction
The laws of Queensland govern this agreement.
