We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of booking — if you change your mind, we’ll refund your fee (minus any transfer fees). Don’t wait — dates fill up fast! Payment Schedule A room booking fee of $250 will be required to secure your experience. Total Price will be manually calculated based on your reservation responses. Booking Fee This is what you are paying now. You will be charged a $250 Booking Fee. This reserves your reservation at Enchanted Enterprises as a guest and is required to prevent double-bookings. You can pay immediately online, or via Bank Transfer that is payable within 3 days to confirm this service. Final Balance After you submit your Booking, we will manually create an invoice based on the information you have given us. Some add-ons or services that use external vendors may require earlier payment. The Final Balance is due 7 days before your experience. All add-ons must be settled by this date.
