Cancellation Policy
A $250 Boutique Booking Fee is required to secure your Solo Experience and is non-refundable. Rescheduling Your non-refundable payment holds your chosen date and time, you can choose to move your date and time to a later slot if given more than 30 days notice if we have another timeslot available. A change of date is valid for 1 year. A reschedule request within 30 days of your booking will result in a loss of the booking fee. Cancellations A cancellation with more than 30 days notice will result in a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. A cancellation or no show within 30 days of your booking will result in a full loss of the booking fee. In this instance, your dress can be arranged to be picked up without the experience within 14 days of the cancelled service.
