We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period from the time of booking — if you change your mind, we’ll refund your fee (minus any transfer fees). Don’t wait — dates fill up fast! Payment Schedule A room booking fee of $250 will be required to secure your experience. Total Price will be manually calculated based on your reservation responses. Booking Fee This is what you are paying now. You will be charged a $250 Booking Fee. This reserves your reservation at Enchanted Enterprises as a guest and is required to prevent double-bookings. You can pay immediately online (3% processing fee), or via Bank Transfer that is payable within 3 days to confirm this service. Extras If you are purchasing Extras (e.g. platters, custom decorations, custom cake) you will be invoiced additionally. Some add-ons or services that use external vendors may require earlier payment. Final Balance The Final Balance is due 7 days before your experience. All add-ons must be settled by this date. Timing Note that while the experience duration on this link is set to 2 hours on this form, refer to your invoice and correspondence for your reservation's duration.
