Jess is a bubbly, outgoing and friendly performer who brings warmth, confidence and positive energy to every celebration. With a strong background in customer service and team coaching, she is an excellent communicator who knows how to help others feel welcome, supported and included. Jess is also currently studying Behavioural Science and Criminology and Justice, reflecting her genuine interest in people and communication. She is organised, reliable and quick to learn, with a calm approach to problem-solving and working as part of a team. Jess brings enthusiasm, patience and a naturally engaging personality to the Enchanted Enterprises team.
