Rates
All of our rates are per night for the entire Enchanted Tower, including your choice of Simple Breakfast or upgraded Gourmet Breakfast Hamper each day you stay.
- We charge per room and not per people, but the maximum amount of overnight guests is 4 (recommended no more than 3 adults). If children are coming, please let us know their ages as we may be able to have something special for them.
- Mid-week rates apply from Monday to Thursday - Weekend rates apply on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Rates are subject to change, but our Mid-Week rates are cheaper than our Weekend rates.
- We do not have a minimum stay, however we do have a Service Fee of $250 for all bookings that is distributed across all nights you book.
- The maximum number of nights you can stay at a time is 14.

FAQ
What are the check in/out times?
Our Check-in time is from 3pm, Check-out is at 11am
Can I request earlier/later?
Yes, you can request this however we do not guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out until the day of the booking as it will be determined based on occupancy the night before or after your stay. If an early check-in or check-out is important to you we recommend you book an additional day.
Is there a Security Deposit?
Yes, there is a $500 additional security deposit. This will be taken on card via our website before check-in details are released and returned to you after your stay if everything is in order!
Can I book the Hall or Boutique for an experience or our own group?
Absolutely! Contact us with what you're after! We have specialised rates for our Tower guests.
Do you have any more rooms or can you sleep more?
We do plan on adding a trundle single bed to our Celestial room, but at the moment we only have 1 king and 1 single in our Enchanted Tower. If you'd like to book the hall for a slumber party arrangement we can accommodate this! The maximum number of guests we can have stay overnight is 8.
